Terms of Service
Eligibility
- GrandeMinds is for Innovators aged 18–29 in enabled countries who pass the age check. You must keep your account details accurate and your password private.
Plans
- Free Explorer is free. Innovator Plus is $4.99 per month, renews automatically through Stripe and can be cancelled any time; access continues to the end of the paid month.
Huddles
- Huddles cost $15 per participant per hour (equivalent to $0.25 per minute per participant). Every participant, including the host, pays $15 for one seat in one fixed 1-hour session. Minimum and maximum usage is 1 hour; there is no proration, so leaving early or unused minutes are not refunded (use it or lose it).
- Payment is taken at booking and your seat is confirmed only after payment succeeds. Huddle terms must be accepted before booking or hosting.
- If the host cancels or the huddle does not start within its hour, every paid participant is refunded automatically to their original payment method. Cancelling your own booking before the start returns the seat to your account for another huddle.
Break Room
- Game passes cost $6.99 and give 30 minutes of play on one game, starting when payment is confirmed. Passes are non-transferable and cannot be paused.
Fair use
- Innovator Plus includes up to 20 owned projects, 30 AI requests a day, 200 MB of uploads per member and AI inputs up to 4,000 characters. Automated or abusive use may be rate-limited or suspended.
Conduct and content
- The community rules apply, including the two-attempt profanity rule. You keep ownership of your contributions. Public discussions are not confidential.
Pilot status
- During the pilot, payments run in Stripe test mode and some services are simulated, as shown on the home page.
