Version 2026-01
Community rules
Respect
- No expletives, curse words, harassment, sexual content, threats, hate, scams or deliberate filter evasion, in any language.
- Disagree with ideas, not people.
The two-attempt rule
- First confirmed profanity violation: the content is blocked and you receive a warning.
- Second confirmed profanity violation: you are barred from chat, uploads and huddles. You can appeal.
- Retrying the exact same blocked message on the same day counts as one attempt, not several.
- Uncertain automated flags are reviewed by a human moderator and do not count as strikes until confirmed.
- Severe violations (threats, scams, exploitation) can lead to immediate suspension.
Research safeguards
- Medical rooms are for education and research discussion only. Never share identifiable patient records, and do not ask for or give personalised diagnosis or treatment.
- Do not share confidential employer or university material, enable unlawful technology transfer, describe dangerous misuse, plagiarise, or exploit anyone.
- Verified student status is not verified professional expertise.
Content and ownership
- Public discussions are not confidential.
- You keep ownership of your contributions, subject to the terms needed to operate the service.
- Timestamps and contribution history do not create patent protection or resolve ownership disputes.
- Uploads are limited to PNG, JPEG and WebP images, including exported flow diagrams.
Private messaging
- Private direct messages are disabled in this pilot. Collaborate in rooms and projects.
Support and appeals
- Contact support or appeal a strike, bar, suspension, verification decision or removed content from the Support page (sign-in required), or email TechTag-Queries@Grandeminds.com.
- Appeals are reviewed by a human moderator.
